TapSocial Digital Media

TapSocial Digital Media was founded upon the principle that consumers’ needs must come first when designing new technologies. In 2011, the company’s founders realized that the simple challenge of ‘how to integrate social media into our lives in the least obtrusive manner possible’ had not yet been solved. By analyzing both novice and expert social media users, the team quickly designed and released to market TapSocial 1.0, which was lauded and loved by its many users.

Today, TapSocial Digital Media continues to listen to its user community and creates elegant, pragmatic solutions that emphasize the company’s passion for user-centric design.

TapSocial Digital Media is headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia.

Justin is an innovator at heart.  Born, raised and still residing in Georgia, Justin has enjoyed the opportunity to consult for a number of domestic and international companies over the years.  His experience has been focused upon business transformation and software implementations, with an emphasis on the analysis, user experience, process engineering, and design aspects of these projects.

"When software is well-designed, it should be intuitive with little or no learning curve.  When we design TapSocial products, before any programming takes place, we talk to prospective customers to listen to their wishes for the product.  Every enhancement we make to TapSocial products is based upon feedback from customers directly.  We do not have a successful company without clients who are delighted with our products."

In addition to designing apps for TapSocial, Justin enjoys travel and spending time with his friends, family and dog Buster.

"TapSocial is about keeping you informed - without being distracted. We work very hard to make sure the technology gets out of the way and works for you. Tell us what we're doing right, but more importantly - tell us how we can improve TapSocial products for your needs."

Outside of designing great experiences, Chuck enjoys home repair and improvement projects and spending times with friends and family.
